If you don't mind me asking, how much is paint and body work going to cost you? Are they doing a full respray (strip everything all the way down) or just kinda do the visible stuff?

Yeah... this is a bit of a late response. Sorry. $3500 for a full respray. This entails rebuilding the door hinges, fixing any rust/bondo patches, replacing my door glass (I have new glass already), replacing the front and rear windshield weather stripping, fixing any dents, primer/paint/clear, panel alignment, and decal installation.

Ok so the whole shebang pretty much? Thats a pretty solid deal for the amount of work it seems is going to be done.
I recently discovered the local community college's auto body and paint shop will respray a car with primer, sanding, color, and clear for around $800. I'm planning on doing all my own rust repair and most of my body work myself, so that should save some money.
